Ozoneair AB, registered under VAT organization number SE559134648001, sells products via the internet to private individuals. We strive to always provide all our customers with the best possible service during and after these purchases and have the following applicable terms and conditions. When you place an order with us, you accept these terms and conditions.
You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a guardian to place an order.
Once you have placed an order, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided during the ordering process. This order confirmation contains all information related to your order such as the billing address, delivery address, selected products and prices. If there is incorrect information in this order confirmation, please contact us immediately. Call our customer service during office hours on 085 2086529 or send us an email at email@example.com and we will help you further.
Normally, your item will leave our warehouse within 24 hours (excluding holidays) from the time your order is confirmed. Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a tracking link by email or text message. In the Netherlands and Belgium we use DPD for our deliveries. To track the shipment, use the 14-digit parcel number or your reference number.
The prices on ozoneair.nl are shown in euros and include 21% VAT.
Orders placed on ozoneair.nl are shipped free of charge to addresses within the Netherlands and Belgium. There are no shipping costs.
Payments can be made via iDEAL, Klarna or credit card (Visa, Mastercard).
If you choose to pay by Klarna (part of Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden), the payment will be made directly through Klarna. In that case, if you have any questions about payment, Klarna’s customer service should be contacted.
For payments by Klarna we offer the following options:
– Postpay with Klarna or Buy now, pay afterwards within 14 days, is free. We do not charge any hidden costs for this.
– Direct debit via Klarna: Klarna automatically debits the amount from your account. The amount will be debited within 5 working days.

The costs for any return shipments are for the buyer. Products can be returned using our own return labels.
We charge € 30 for a return label. For additional conditions and information, read further under “Right of withdrawal”.
Tip for returns when paid by Klarna.
If you return one or more items, we recommend that you pause the Klarna invoice or have it paused so that the invoice can be temporarily stopped free of charge, so that the purchase can be returned first. As soon as we have processed the return shipment, you will receive an adjusted invoice.

Right of withdrawal
You have a legal right of withdrawal of 14 days (return period) from the moment you receive an item ordered by you. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days by telephone or email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You have the right to examine the product to the extent necessary to determine the properties or function of the product. However, you may be required to reimburse Ozoneeair for the depreciation of the product if the product has been used to a greater extent than necessary to determine its properties or function. Such a price reduction may not exceed the total price of the product. Products that have been used for more than 12 hours are considered to have been used to a greater extent than necessary to determine function and properties, and therefore a return will not be accepted in such cases.
When exercising the right of withdrawal for approved returns, the entire amount will be refunded after deduction of any additional (return) shipping costs or deductible items. You will receive the refund within 14 days of receipt of the returned product. The refund will be made via the same payment method used to place the order. When exercising the right of withdrawal, the product must be in a salable condition and must be returned in its original packaging and box. You are responsible for the risk when returning the item and must always keep a return shipping receipt until the return has been fully processed.

The costs for any return shipments are for the buyer. The product can be returned using our own return labels. We charge € 30 for a return label. The return label can be sent by email or post. To let us know that you want to exercise your right of withdrawal and order our return label at the same time, please contact us by telephone on 085 2086529 or by e-mail.
Finally, it is possible to return the product immediately within the reflection period stated in this article, provided that the model withdrawal form is enclosed. Please note that if the return is sent directly without prior notice, and therefore use is made of the model withdrawal form, the return must be received by you at the return address indicated by Ozoneair within 14 days of receipt.
You have the right to file a complaint about a product for two years. The error must be reported as soon as possible and within a reasonable time once the error is discovered. Reporting defects to the product within 2 months is always considered to be within a reasonable period of time. After 6 months, you must demonstrate that the error was there from the beginning or is due to a manufacturing error.
All complaints are handled through customer service and must be reported here. Contact our customer service on 085 2086529 and we will help you. To return in the event of a complaint, you must enclose a completed return form with your shipment. You can download the form here , or you can ask our customer service to send it to you.
If a complaint is approved, we are responsible for all costs, including all shipping costs. Recovery must take place within a reasonable period of time. We can remedy the situation by correcting the error or exchanging the item for a new one.
The Ozoneair products come with a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Through our warranty, we guarantee that the product will be free from defects in materials and / or workmanship for a period not exceeding 5 years from the date of purchase. Any material and / or manufacturing defects are remedied by repair or replacement for a new product. In years 4 and 5 of the warranty period, we will only charge you reasonable labor costs to remedy the defect and no costs for materials / components.
This warranty applies to the original owner who has proof of purchase. The warranty is non-transferable and the warranty period applies from the date of purchase.
If you do not collect your items or do not collect them on time, we will charge you the costs of shipping, return shipment and stock costs. The costs for this are € 40. Uncollected packages will not count as a cancellation of your purchase. You must always notify us if you choose to exercise your right of withdrawal, make a complaint, exchange or return your order.

We reserve the right of any typing and printing errors on this website and in communications, as well as regarding products that are sold out. We state our information as carefully as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the images represent the exact appearance of the products as small differences in appearance may occur after, for example, product updates.
