Incorrect information in media about Ozoneair air purifiers

The Swedish Electrical Safety Authority (Elsäkerhetsverket) has recently announced that the product Ozoneair Go, an ozone generator, has been withdrawn from sale. We have noticed that some incorrect media reports have caused confusion and concern among consumers. We want to clearly state that this sales stop does not affect our air purifier, Purify, which continues to be available for both existing and new customers. Those of you who already own a Purify, or are considering purchasing the product, can rest assured that it meets the highest quality and safety requirements.

The Purify air purifier shown in the picture is not covered by the recall

Purify, Sweden's best-selling air purifier, is designed to deliver a clean and fresh indoor environment. We are proud to offer a product that helps our customers improve their indoor air quality at home.

The sales stop for Ozoneair Go is due to specific circumstances that do not affect Purify, and therefore the product can be purchased as usual in stores and on our website. We also want to clarify that Pernilla Wahlgren has only participated in the marketing of Purify and should not be associated with other products, such as Ozoneair Go.

The sales stop for Ozoneair Go, shown in the picture, only concerns an iteration sold in 2021

We appreciate our customers' trust and constantly strive to offer products that make homes safer and healthier.
