If you do not collect your package, a fee of SEK 395 will be charged for shipping, return, and handling costs.
Please note that an uncollected package is not considered a cancellation of purchase.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, make a complaint, exchange, or return an item, you must always notify us in accordance with applicable Swedish consumer legislation.
When Ozoneair was founded, we launched our first product – an ozone generator to effectively eliminate bad odours. That's where our name comes from.
Today, we also offer other advanced products completely without ozone, but we keep the name as an important part of our history and origin.
