Cancellation policy

Certain products in our store may be offered as subscriptions, pre-orders, or try-before-you-buy purchases. This cancellation policy explains how you may modify or cancel these types of purchases.

Subscriptions When purchasing a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the subscription duration and delivery frequency you select. Your payment information is stored securely, and you will be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance. Some subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the subscription period. If you do not wish to renew your subscription, you may cancel it at any time. To cancel or modify your subscription, you can do so at any time. Pre-Orders When purchasing a pre-order item, you are ordering a product that is currently out of stock or will soon become available but has not yet arrived in inventory. At checkout, we may either charge no amount or only a partial payment while securely storing your payment method for the remaining balance to be charged at a later date once the product becomes available. You may cancel a partially paid pre-order before the order has been fulfilled. Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but you may request a full or partial refund in accordance with our Return Policy. Please refer to our Return Policy for additional information regarding returns and refunds.

Try Before You Buy When completing your purchase, the full amount will be charged to your payment method immediately. You will then have a specified period of time to try the product in the comfort of your home. If you decide not to keep the product, you may return it according to our return conditions, and the full amount will be refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase.
