Shipping & Delivery Methods

Orders are shipped via PostNord to a pickup point unless otherwise stated at checkout. Shipping methods may vary depending on the product’s weight, size, or other logistical requirements.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided via email or SMS. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the provided contact information is correct.

Shipping Costs

Applicable shipping costs are displayed at checkout before the purchase is completed and are included in the order confirmation.

Unclaimed Shipments

For shipments that are not collected within the carrier’s specified holding period, we reserve the right to charge the customer for any return shipping and administrative costs incurred.

Special Delivery Terms – Ozoneair Dry

The product Ozoneair Dry is classified as heavy goods and is subject to special delivery conditions.

  • The product weighs 22 kg.

  • The carrier will contact the customer to arrange delivery.

  • The product must always be transported and handled in an upright position.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible and for reading and following the instructions in the product manual prior to installation and use. Improper handling or use may result in limitations to warranty or complaint rights in accordance with applicable legislation.
