The technology that erases stains and renews your textiles

Tekniken som raderar fläckar och förnyar dina textilier

Are you tired of stubborn stains that just won't budge? Johan Lundberg has developed a revolutionary solution with microbubbles that penetrate textile fibers and effectively remove even the most persistent stains.

Removing tough stains from textiles can often seem like an impossible task. But with advancements in microbubble technology, developed by CEO and founder Johan Lundberg, a revolutionary method for deep-cleaning textiles without damaging them is now being introduced.

"Microbubbles are created through a controlled process of hydrodynamic cavitation. When water is forced through a narrow channel at high pressure, microbubbles form," explains Lundberg. "These bubbles are extremely small and can penetrate textile fibers at a micro-level."

When the bubbles reach the dirt, they collapse through a process called cavitation. This releases powerful energy that breaks down dirt and stains physically and chemically without affecting the textile's properties.

"The technology lifts the stain from the fibers without damaging the material. It can effectively dissolve stains like red wine or oil, which are otherwise difficult to remove," Lundberg adds.

The benefits of microbubble technology extend beyond its effectiveness. Since the method primarily uses water and physical forces, the need for chemicals is significantly reduced. This makes the technology an environmentally friendly choice that is safe for both humans and animals.

"Reducing reliance on chemical cleaning agents is a major win for both our health and our planet," Lundberg emphasizes.

This groundbreaking technology has now been commercialized through the product Ozoneair Wash, a portable device that allows the public to harness the cleaning power of microbubbles at home.

"Ozoneair Wash represents a direct application of our research in real household situations, enabling users to effectively tackle stains on a wide variety of textiles," says Lundberg.

How Ozoneair Wash works:

  • Fill the tank with regular water.
  • Apply textile detergent if it's a deeply ingrained stain.
  • Start cleaning – the microbubbles penetrate the fibers and break down the dirt.
  • Simultaneously, the dirty liquid is suctioned up, leaving the textile both clean and dry.

Can be used on carpets, sofas, cushions, beds, armchairs, car seats – and even curtains using the steam function in the Wash Steam model.

Jennifer, Piteå – saved the stroller after juice spill

Jennifer Johansson, 33, lives in a house outside Piteå with her partner and two small children. With toys, spills, and gritty shoes around, it can be hard to keep the home fresh.

"We cleaned often, but it's difficult to get larger furniture and rugs really clean. The sofa sometimes smelled like 'preschool', the stroller was hard to clean, and in the car there was a sweet odor from spilled juice that wouldn't quite go away," she says.

The solution was Ozoneair Wash – a textile cleaner without harsh chemicals

"I tested it in the children's room, on the sofa cushions, and in the car. It made everything feel much fresher immediately, and the best part is that you don't have to wait for anything to dry; it's completely dry in a few minutes," says Jennifer.

Today, the family uses their Wash several times a month.

"It's quick, smells good, and feels safe. We don't need to use harsh chemicals, and I especially appreciate that when you have small children," she says.
