Below, you will find everything you need to know about maintenance, component replacement, and compatible accessories.

Frequently Asked Questions

After replacing the HEPA filter or UV lamps, the machine must be reset:

  • Replace UV: Press and hold the ON/OFF button and the first white button until the indicator light turns off.
  • Replace HEPA: Press and hold the ON/OFF button and the middle white button.
  • Replace O3: Press and hold the ON/OFF button and the last white button.

If the indicator light does not disappear on the first attempt, repeat the process.

The "Replace UV" indication is controlled by a counter that activates after 5000 operating hours. This is the counter that is reset on the machine. If there is a fault with the lamps, the machine will indicate "UV" on the display. If the indication appears too early, this means that the reset did not go through last time; to resolve this, reset the machine.

Note that all indications on the machine will flash briefly each time you start the machine and then turn off; this does not mean that you need to replace anything. It is only when the indication on the display remains lit.

  1. Turn off the machine and place it on a soft surface with the display facing down.
  2. Press the center of the filter cover with your palm while pulling the fabric tab straight up.
  3. Remove the filter. Clean the pre-filter if necessary.
  4. Insert the new filter with the silver side facing the machine, the fabric tab outwards and downwards with the logo visible.
  5. Reattach the filter cover with the long pins facing upwards towards the machine.
  6. Plug in and start the machine. Reset by holding down the On/Off button and the middle white button for approximately 2 seconds.

When the lamps react with air pollutants, a coating can form, making one appear weaker. However, this does not affect the purification efficiency.

The Purify 120, 150, and 180 models also feature an "Eco mode" where only one UV lamp is active and illuminates alternately.

Regarding the green light, the UV lamps are active and responsible for eliminating bacteria and other airborne particles. Unfortunately, it is not possible to turn off these lamps as they are an important part of the unit's purification system.
